NEXTLEVELTEK EOOD ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Drobe mobile application and the website at my-drobe.com (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
## 1. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account information — email address, display name, profile photo, and gender (if provided) when you create an account.
- Wardrobe data — photos and descriptions of garments you add to your digital wardrobe.
- Usage data — features you use, outfits you create, items you browse, and interactions within the community feed.
- Device information — device model, operating system version, and app version, collected automatically for diagnostics.
- Location (country only) — your country, used to show relevant content and shop recommendations. We do not collect precise location.
## 2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and personalise the Service, including AI-generated outfit suggestions and Style DNA analysis.
- To display relevant shop products and community content.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
- To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the safety of our users.
## 3. AI Processing
Drobe uses artificial intelligence to analyse your wardrobe photos, generate outfit suggestions, and build your Style DNA profile. Garment images are processed by our AI models to extract attributes such as colour, category, and style. These analyses are performed to deliver the core functionality of the Service and are not used for any other purpose.
## 4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — trusted third parties that help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, AI processing, push notifications). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Community features — outfits you publish to the community feed are visible to other users. You control what you publish.
- Legal requirements — when required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
## 5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive data including images. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
## 6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
## 7. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
## 8. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
## 9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
## 10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
